Chicago, Chicago, yeah, my kind of town. When you think about the “City of Big Shoulders”, you think about Stanley Cups, Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews. You think about some great AAA hockey too. It is one of the best hockey cities in the country without a doubt.
Yeah so why the hell cant the NA3HL or NAHL work in Chi Town?
Seriously, the Chicago Bulldogs are a freakin dumpster fire. How embarrassing can one team be for one league in one of the biggest and best hockey markets in the country? Rhetorical question there moms and dads.
You know its bad when the Na3HL team trys to pack up shop in the middle of the Holiday break and move to Minnesota! Hell yeah! Like the old Baltimore Colts moving to Indianapolis, the Chicago Bulldogs tried to pack up and move to Minnesota without NA3HL or USA Hockey permission!!!!
Ummmmmm yeah, how freaking stupid are you? That’s the only question anyone should ask. Like a change in geography would make this shit show anything other than what it is.
Known as one of the worst teams in North America the Bulldogs aren’t even competitive. They cant even recruit in one of the largest and best hockey recruiting markets in the Country! Who the hell is running this punchline to a bad joke?!?
Yep, Players were told that if they didn’t want to move to Minnesota they would be traded or released. Then, when they get caught by the league and USA Hockey and told they cant move, they reclaim the players that had already moved on to other teams!
This thing was in the works for weeks. Players were told before the break that they would be bussing back and forth to Chicago to play tjeir home games, but they would be practicing in Minnesota.
Ohhhhhh and about that pesky USPHL team that’s owned by the same group……yeah multiple sources are saying they were going to fold that team and put all the players on the NA3HL team. Yep, nothing like making moves that would void player contracts after all the money has been collected.
Oh shit yeah, almost forgot, the Head Coach moved to Minnesota! Yeah, and now he has taken a USPHL job! You know, nothing like getting people to move and all and then just telling them to move back to Chicago! After all its not the teams money.
This isn’t the first time Chicago has been a dumpster fire for the NA3hl either. Anyone remember the Chicago Hitmen shit show? Ohhhhh hell yeah! Memories. Good times.
Look for more smoke over Chicago in the coming weeks as the dumpster fire continues to burn to the end of the 2016-2017 season. I am heading to Chi Town in a couple weeks and bringing my marsh mellows!
