The Death Pool – Special Report – Saskatchewan Coach Pleads Guilty To Sexual Assault Charges

Hey kids, welcome back for another special report on another sicko who is taking advantage of young children in our game.  Oh and yeah, it looks like this particular sicko could have been stopped because he had a prior conviction for a sex crime.

So how does this even happen?  How does a person who did time for a sex crime get to coach young kids?  Maybe someone needs to look into that eh kids?  I mean were not talking about a drunk driving, or someone charged with stealing a car as a teen ager.  We’re talking about a sex crime, and then the same person being allowed to commit more sex crimes against children!

Ryan Chamberlin, 39, was originally facing 10 sex-related charges, but he pleaded guilty to four of them on Monday in a Swift Current court.

According to the Prosecutor Steve, the 14-year-old boy was being abused by Chamberlin at the time he came forward. RCMP added more charges when three more victims came forward in late March. One victim had been abused as far back as 1994.

All of the victims were boys aged 13 to 14.  Two of them met Chamberlin directly through his coaching activity. The alleged assaults occurred between 1994 and 2015 in locations across southwest Saskatchewan.

Here’s the thing though.  Chamberlin spent four months in lock up for a sex crime back in 1998.  Do the math kids, one of the new charges goes back to 1994.  So how wasn’t this guy charged back then for that crime?  Maybe if he had been, the new crimes wouldn’t have taken place.

This guy was abusing kids for 20 years!  And now the prosecution is only asking for a five year prison sentence?  I say lock him up for just as  long as he was committing these crimes.  Hell, lock this guy up for good.  These predators should never be allowed back on the street.
