Oh yeah, its Monday. And while Monday’s are usually bad for someone, they aint bad for me. I love me a good ass kickin on a Monday morning!
So, what kind of idiot take a team based in Detroit Michigan and joins the USPHL and in doing so, changes their team name from the Ice Dogs to the freaking “Wild”? Seriously, the only thing “wild” about Detroit is the other idiots running around shooting people!
“Wild” yeah, well the Detroit based team was anything but “wild”. They were more like the biggest bunch of tame pussycats on ice anyone ever saw. Brutal name, for a brutal team.
Oh stop your sniveling you Detroit people. The team sucked. It was a damn embarrassment. Any idiot trying Tier III hockey in Detroit should have their heads examined. Just in case you didn’t know, ummmmmmm Midget AAA hockey, and High School hockey are where good Detroit players go.
Oh, and then you got the USHL a few hours away, the OHL all around you, and in case you just want to watch a good game there are eight NCAA D-1 teams in the state. Yeah, that’s one state that needs more Tier III teams!
Seriously, WTF makes a Tier III team think they are going to be successful when the damn NAHL cant even be successful in Detroit?!?!?!?
Now, I am not picking on the USPHL this year, so relax. Its one of the biggest leagues in the country if not the biggest now. Because of its size they are bound to have some operations go belly up on them. And they wont be immune either kids. Oh no, there is more good shit on the way.
How many schedule changes have you guys seen? How many team still not reporting their protected lists? There is a reason they aint reporting. Oh yeah, and I found one team last week with 6 freakin import players out of its 15 players at camp. I wonder what the plan is there?
Stay tuned kids, I got me a code red down the hall…..
