After hosting the annual Pre Draft in Chicago this past May, the Pre Draft Combine will be returning to Patterson Ice Center in Grand Rapids Michigan for 2014.
Patterson Ice Center is a multi sheet facility featuring seating for 800 in the main arena and seating for 400 in the secondary arena. A full service concessions stand and pro-shop are located on site.
Patterson Ice Center is also the home of Davenport University Hockey, the Grand Rapids amateur Hockey Association, and four local High School programs. Conveniently located roughly three miles from Gerald Ford International Airport. Patterson Ice Center is one of the premier facilities in the State of Michigan.
Centrally located for scouting purposes, Patterson Ice Center is only a few hours from top NCAA, USHL, NAHL, NOJHL, OJHL OHL, and other Tier III junior programs. It is also only a few hours from dozens of the top Midget AAA programs in the country. The scouting opportunity could not be better for players entering or soon to enter the junior and college ranks.
