  • With his goal tonight, Flames prospect Zayne Parekh becomes just the 10th defenceman in OHL history to hit the 100-point mark in a season—and the first to do it in 14 years since Ryan Ellis in 2011!
  • The Colts took a early lead with goals by Cole Beaudoin and Anthony Romani, but Kristian Epperson’s back-to-back goals late in the first period stole the lead for the Spirit.
  • The Colts tried to get back in it, with Cole Beaudoin and Anthony Romani each scoring their second of the night, but they couldn’t overcome the hefty spirit lead.

Ottawa 67’s 3 at Peterborough Petes 4

  • Petes defender Genc Ula secured scored one with just five seconds remaining in the third period, giving the Petes the lead and inevitable the win.
  • Filip Ekberg tied this back-and-forth battle up at three for the 67’s late in the third period.
  • Chris Barlas scored two for the 67’s.

 Kingston Frontenacs 1 at Windsor Spitfires 7

  • Jacob Battaglia opened the scoring for the Fronts early, but this proved to be their only goal of the night. And with that Ryan Abraham’s second period power play goal stood as the game winner.
  • Both Ilya Protas and AJ Spellacy potted two goals in the win.
  • Cole Davis buried one on a penalty shot in the second period.
  • Carter Froggett made 24 saves on 25 shots in the win.

Niagara IceDogs 3 at North Bay Battalion 4

  • Zach Wigle’s third period goal stands as the game-winner in this one.
  • Goals by Ihnat Pazii and Jacob Therrien gave the Battalion an early lead, but Andrei Loshko and Braidy Wassilyn responded for the IceDogs to tie it at two.
  • Ryan Roobroeck scored one late to make one final push, but the IceDogs were unable to generate enough momentum to come back.
