The Denver showcase really came up to speed on day two. After developing some chemistry on day one, teams were really beginning to find their scoring touches on day two.
With fifty four goals scored through six games, shots were coming from all areas of the ice, and the dynamic defensemen began to really contribut offensively.
Forwards Easton Stafford, Nicholas Haust and Seth Lenzini made names for themselves on Saturday contributing in both goals and assists.
Defensemen Adam Prax, Ryan Coots, Jake Klinkhamer, Jacob Simpson and Dylan Lamberto really turned up their ovvensive games Saturday, leading defensemen in point production.
While the goals were plenty, Goaltenders Peter Burke, Jackson Ketterer, Alex Illus and Kaleb Bartholomew contributed some highlight reel saves.
As we move into the final day, after a lot of ice time packed into the first two days, scouts are actively signing players. NCDC tenders? Got that. Main camp offers? Got those too.
With next weeks NCDC draft, players will look to give one more great push today before heading home.
