In an agreement reached on August 1, 2023, Universal Hockey Management merged with Hockey Talent Management and the Hockey Holdings Group of companies.
In a corresponding move Devin Panzeca was named Vice President of Hockey Talent Management and the Hockey Holdings Group of companies.

Devin Panzeca is a veteran of AAA, Tier III, Junior A, Junior B, the NAHL, NCAA D-3 and minor pro hockey in Europe. A graduate of SUNY Potsdam, Devin knows the many different paths players may embark on their own unique journey. Helping guide them along their unique path will surely allow new players to receive the benefit of his experience.
Panzeca founded Universal Hockey Management and has been able to gain great experience in placing more than ten players already this season. Bringing those players over to Hockey Talent Management opens more doors and opportunities for everyone.
