The National Collegiate Development Conference’s West Chester Wolves were very excited to welcome into their team the San Diego Sabers (USPHL Premier)’s leading scorer Liam Krupcyznski, who was also ranked among the Top 20 scorers overall in the USPHL Premier.
Krupcyznski, a 2004-born local product of San Diego for the Sabers, had posted nine goals and 23 assists for 32 points in 16 games at the time of his promotion to West Chester.
“I have known Liam for five years now and he is a great kid and teammate,” said R.C. Lyke, Hockey Director for the West Chester organization and Head Coach of the Wolves’ NCDC team. “I was very excited to have him come up and finally play some games with our NCDC team.”
Krupcyznski played in two games this past weekend for the Wolves against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights and the Jersey Hitmen. He was a +1 with three hits and four shots on net in his NCDC debut.
“Liam helped us pick up two wins on the weekend while our team was injury riddled,” added Lyke.
“I had a great time getting called up, getting the opportunity to play against players that are bigger, faster, and more skilled will only help my game. The coaching and facilities [at West Chester] are top notch and I’m thankful that i was given the opportunity to be here,” added Krupcyznski.
The USPHL congratulates Liam Krupcyznski on earning his call-up from the Premier’s San Diego Sabers to the NCDC’s West Chester Wolves.
