He scored six goals and added seven assists for 13 points in just seven games. He completed the season with a line of 29-28-57 in 39 regular season games. As a bonus, he also tacked on three goals and three assists for six points in three playoff games to help his team push past Battle Creek in a three-game quarterfinal series.

During February, the USPHL Premier All-Star selection – an ‘04 from Vancouver, B.C., scored five goals and added seven assists to finish with 30 goals and 77 points in 41 games. His 127 career points, all with Red River, rank second in the franchise’s history.

C.J. Davidson, Red River Spartans

A second-year Spartan, Davidson (‘04/Zionsville, Ind.) posted two goals and sent out 10 assists for 12 points in just six February games to close the regular season. He finished with 54 points in 43 games, an improvement by more than twice his 2023-24 rookie season totals.

Defense

Landon Edwards, Toledo Cherokee

Another USPHL Premier All-Stars selection, Edwards (‘05/Richfield, Wis.) finished his season with 39 points in 44 games for the Cherokee. During February, Edwards averaged a point per game for the Cherokee with a 1-6-7 line in seven games.

Jack Schnur, Metro Jets

The first-year junior player from the Portage High School Huskies finished with 28 points in 42 games.

Defense Honorable Mention: Jake Taylor, Metro Jets

Goaltender:

Jonah Little, Columbus Mavericks

Little (‘05/New Albany, Ohio) joined the Mavericks in January but was a huge part of their strong run down the stretch and into the playoffs. In February’s regular season games, he had a 2-1-0-0 record with a .933 save percentage after stopping 112 of 120 shots. He also had a 39-save shutout in a cross-divisional win against a strong Chicago Crush team.

Goaltender Honorable Mention: Andrew Young, Red River Spartans

Selection Process: The division’s coaches are presented with a ballot form with statistical leaders (ranked by points per game average for skaters and save percentage for goaltenders) and vote on that form. The league takes the results of that vote and presents the coaches with the finalists, who are able to vote on further changes if desired.
