Midwest Division 

Forward: Caden Day, Chicago Crush

Day (‘05/Batavia, Ill.) had a huge stretch of 10 points in three games recently, passing the career 100-point mark in the process. He put up a total of 1-6-7 against the Decatur Blaze on either side of a 1-2-3 performance against the Chicago Cougars in between. He now has 106 points in 83 Premier regular season games. 

 

Defense: Jordan Trakosas, Chicago Cougars

Trakosas (‘06/Cobourg, Ont.) put up a strong goal and two assists in a single game, contributing to all of his team’s offense in a loss to their cross-city rivals the Chicago Crush. Trakosas now has 20 points in 34 games. 

 

Goaltender: Christopher Gingras, Fort Wayne Spacemen

Gingras (‘04/Montreal, Que.) made 23 saves on 25 shots to help the Spacemen get the win against the MJDP on Feb. 7. It was his fourth straight win and he’s now at 9-4-1-1 on the season. 

 

Great Lakes Division 

Shaun Stevens, Fresh Coast Freeze

Stevens (‘05/DeWitt, Wis.) joined the Freeze in January from the Palm Beach Typhoon, and he’s been a massive addition to the first-year squad playing out of Holland, Mich. He scored two goals and added one assist for three points in two games in a split weekend against the Cincinnati Jr. Cyclones, including a game-winner. He has 10 points in 32 games, with seven of those points coming in his nine games with the Freeze. 

 

Defense: Bryson Balina, Toledo Cherokee 

Balina (‘05/Allen Park, Mich.) put up a goal – his first of the season – and an assist as the Cherokee defeated the Metro Jets Development Program. He has a career-best eight points in 16 games this season. 

 

Goaltender: Rostislav Efremov, Metro Jets

Efremov (‘04/Vladivostok, Russia) registered his third straight shutout with a career-best 41 saves against the Toledo Cherokee in a 3-0 win on Feb. 7. This was his fifth shutout of the season and he has a 12-0 record with a .954 save percentage. 

 

North Division

Forward: Harrison Browning, Northwest Express

Browning (‘05/Minnetonka, Minn.) registered five goals and added three assists in just two games. Seven of his points came off a 5-2-7 effort against Isanti on Feb. 7. In that game, he also scored three shorthanded goals. Browning improved to a season line of 36 goals and 36 assists for 72 points in 38 games. 

 

Defense: Tyler Hadfield, Steele County Blades

Hadfield (‘04/Benson, Minn.) registered a powerful run of two goals and five assists for seven points in three games. He currently has 39 points in 39 games, which is more than double his 2023-24 points total. For his career, he has 62 points in 72 games. 

 

Goaltender: Guillaume Turcot, Wisconsin Rapids Riverkings 

Turcot (‘06/Quebec City, Que.) made 36 saves on the 37 shots that he faced from the Battle Creek Kernels for his sixth straight win. He is currently 8-2-1-1 with a .927 save percentage.

Selection Process: Divisional statistical leaders are presented to coaches, who are able to vote on the leaders, or nominate and vote on alternate candidates.
