Third-year Cyclone Prodin (‘04/Dearborn, Mich.) kicked off the season with a 27-save shutout against the Utica Jr. Comets on Sept. 20. Canada Division
Forward: Samuel Bunel, Hawkesbury Knights
Junior rookie Bunel (‘05/Montreal, Que.) put up four goals and one assist, including the Knights’ second hat trick of the season on Sept. 22. He has eight points through five games.

Sevigny (‘07/Blainville, Que.), who returns to the Premier this season, put up a goal and added three assists for four points as Sherbrooke won twice last weekend and gave up just two goals.
Goaltender: Carlo Giordani, Universel Sherbrooke
Giordani (‘06/Milano, Italy) came from a long career with Bishop’s College to Sherbrooke and had an outstanding performance for his junior debut, stopping 43 of 44 shots from the Montreal Black Vees for the “W.”
Atlantic Division
Peter Labos, P.A.L. Jr. Islanders
Labos (‘04/Plainview, Ill.) was monstrous over three days, putting up 11 points in three games (4-7-11) and he’s pulled up to fourth overall in USPHL scoring, with 11 points over four total games. P.A.L. stands at 3-1-0-0.
Brandon Jung, Elmira Impact
Jung (‘04/Ann Arbor, Mich.) posted two assists in each of his first three games this season, between Sept. 20-22. Elmira stands at 2-1-0-0 out of the gate.
Goaltender: Noah Pfab, Hershey Cubs
Pfab (‘07/Nurnberg, Germany) was playing in his first North American game on Sunday when he made his outstanding debut. He may not have gotten the win, but he was heroic in stopping 50 of 52 shots for a .962 save percentage in an eventual 3-1 loss to P.A.L.
