Florida Division 

Forward: Augie Ashley, Tampa Bay Juniors 

Ashley (‘04/Falmouth, N.S.) registered his first career hat trick on Nov. 23 against the Palm Beach Typhoon as the Juniors improved to seven wins in a row and entered Thanksgiving alone in first place in the division. He also added another goal against the Florida Eels on Nov. 22 and two assists for the weekend, giving him six points in two games. He is on a seven-game point streak with 17 points going back to late October. 

 

Defense: Mitchell Berens, Bold City Battalion 

Berens (‘04/Plainfield, Ill.) put up five assists during the Battalion’s two-win weekend against the Atlanta MadHatters. He’ll enter December on a five-game point streak that has seen him score 11 of his 15 total points. 

 

Goaltender: Evan Stringer, Bold City Battalion

The third-year Premier veteran Stringer (‘05/Fort Collins, Colo.) made 31 saves on 32 shots to defeat Atlanta for his third straight victory in his 50th career Premier game. He has improved to 7-2-1-0 this year, and he is 30-13-5-1 for his career, with a .916 save percentage. 

 

Southeast Division 

Forward: Yovanni Flores, Potomac Patriots 

Flores (‘04/Los Angeles, Fla.) put up three goals and two assists to help the Patriots get the sweep of the Carolina Jr. Hurricanes and send them into December on a four-game winning streak. He currently has 23 goals on the season, which is good for a tie for third league-wide. He has 60 career points in 90 career games going back to 2022-23, all with Potomac. The Patriots are in first place in the Southeast. 

 

Defense: Max Roos, Hampton Roads Whalers 

Roos (‘06/Njurunda, Sweden) helped the Whalers to pick up a sweep of the Atlantic Division’s Jersey Hitmen, and remain just two points off the division-leading Patriots. He registered a 1-2-3 line against Jersey, doubling his points total for this season to six in 19 games. 

 

Goaltender: Michael Foglia, Carolina Jr. Hurricanes 

Foglia (‘04/Grand Island, N.Y.) put up 43 saves on 45 shots to help push the Jr. Canes to a shootout against Potomac, against whom the Jr. Canes eventually fell in the 1v1 competition. Foglia made three more saves in the shootout, as well.. In two starts this year, Foglia has stopped 73 of 78 shots for a .936 save percentage.

Selection Process: Divisional statistical leaders are presented to coaches, who are able to vote on the leaders, or nominate and vote on alternate candidates.
