These rankings are used by the USPHL only to determine Divisional seeding for Premier Nationals; and for selecting the Elite wild card team to fill out the 6-team Elite Nationals field.
Power Moves: The Vernal Oilers moved into first place in the rankings for the first time, while the Seattle Totems advance three spots from last week to the Top 5. The Ontario Jr. Reign re-entered the Top 10 from 12th last week.
