WIAA Clears Ty Emberson To Play In Youth Olympics And High School Playoffs

In a shockingly fast turn of events, the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association has cleared the way for Ty Emberson to represent his country in the Youth Olympics and return to play for his High School in Wisconsin when the Olympics have concluded.

Mike Emberson, the father Ty Emberson said late yesterday evening to local news outlets he received a letter from the WIAA granting his son the right to play in both the Youth Olympics and WIAA playoffs.

The petition that began to apply pressure to WIAA garnered more than one thousand signatures in very short order after the issue gathered word wide attention.

Apparently, there is a little holiday magic at work in Wisconsin as it is extremely uncommon for any governing body to move so quickly.

With some positive news, I now join the rest of you on holiday break.
