Cole Borchardt Critical But Stable After Surgery

Cole Borchardt has made it through the first and most critical 48 hours of his hospital stay.  Although still listed as being in critical condition, friends and family remain hopeful.

According to the Caring Bridge website set up for Cole, he had emergency surgery to relieve pressure on his brain, as well as having his spleen and one kidney removed.

Bochardt has undergone four surgeries since the tragic accident last week.

“Cole has a long road ahead of him. Please pray for healing, strength and patience,” the site said. “We are grateful for the love and support of family and friends.”
