Decatur Blaze Enter Partnership With USPHL Champions

The Decatur Blaze are proud to announce a partnership with the USPHL Champion Dells Ducks, along with the Wisconsin Riverkings, and the Chicago Cougars.

Owner Zac Pearson had this to say about the partnership, “We are extremely excited to be partnering up with John Schwarz, the owner of the three teams. John is someone I look up to as a business partner and we share similar thoughts on how we want our programs to run and advance kids into the college ranks. John’s programs are arguably the best programs in the country and we hope that the Decatur Blaze can continue to follow in those foot steps in moving players on to college hockey or a higher level in conjunction with John’s group.”

This partnership allows Decatur to work close with John and his teams and provide the best experience possible for players and their careers. Pearson adds, “John runs his programs and treats his customers the right way. With his 3 teams making the jump to the Elite Division, we want to make sure that if there are players in his programs that need a little more development then we will gladly take them. And, conversely, if we have any players who are ready to be at a more competitive level then we will find the right fit for that player in one of John’s teams. The Decatur Blaze look forward to the upcoming season and a new partnership with The Dells Ducks, Chicago Cougars and the Wisconsin Rapids teams.
