Jim Raymond has dedicated his life to hockey as a player, referee, and coach, working with all levels of the game, from Mites to Tier 2 Juniors. For 21 years, he’s been with the Jersey Hitmen, and he estimates that he’s participated in over 7,000 games throughout his career.
After 25 years behind the bench, Jim is transitioning to an advisory role, where he will guide players and families through the ever-evolving hockey landscape in partnership with Hockey Talent Management. With over 30 years of experience, this boutique player services company specializes in the placement of players in U16, U18, Junior, College, and Professional leagues in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. By limiting the number of clients each year, Hockey Talent Management offers personalized service to a select group of dedicated athletes.
