NCDC Import Player Draft To Feature Central European Players

The Czech Republic, has long been known as a producer of world class talent.  Slovakia has also produced many NHL level players.  The Ukraine has also long been known as a hockey development hotbed as well.

Countries like Romania, Hungary, and Poland have in the past been considered outliers in hockey development, but that is true no more.

Everything in hockey begins and ends with scouting.  Identifying talent early, following that talent, and watching an athletes development is the foundation of all successful hockey organizations.

The National Collegiate Development Conference has recognized that in order to continue to produce world class players it needs to actually look for those players around the world.

Using the resources of Central Scouting Services, reporting, player access, and specialized tools has allowed the NCDC to scout the world while not monumentally increasing their scouting budgets.

“If we are doing the work in the field and providing the unbiased information to teams, teams can share those costs while still gaining the information they require to make personnel decisions.” Said Kevin Miller

“Most teams have limited budgets for scouting, so contracting through CSS gives them the most cost effective avenue to secure player data they need for recruiting.  This draft with the NCDC is the first of many programs we are launching in 2018 to offer players, teams and leagues quality products and services not currently available in the market.”

The NCDC Import Player Draft is Tuesday May 15th.
