Some people set out to set world records. Most people getting married under water, the longest hot dog, and things like that. Some of these records are pretty cool too, like the worlds fastest man and woman, or worlds strongest. Some are strange like worlds fastest hot dog eater, or the worlds largest chocolate chip cookie.
The City of Wiarton Ontario and the GMHL are now co-owners of a new world record.
The only city to have one hockey team, in the same league fold three years in a row. Twice under the same ownership group. This is now being labeled as the Worlds Largest Piece of Crap.
Lets examine this incredible story.
The GMHL is a freakin joke. We all know this. It is not real junior hockey. It is simply embarrassing and should be blown up.
The GMHL is lead by a group of clowns that are in business for no other reason but to take your money. That’s it. If you think they are in business to develop hockey players, you need to step back from the marijuana pipe and get a clue.
The City of Wiarton. What can be said about this City and all of their “Officials” that three years in a row have let these morons come into their city to take fans money, players money, and leave nothing but scorched earth behind them.
How do these “officials” keep their jobs? Someone please answer this question.
The whole thing is being hung around the neck of a couple who should have never been approved to own a hockey team. Not only the GMHL and City of Wiarton know this couple should not be approved to own a team based on owning one last year and it folding. But they didn’t have the money required to own a team!
This was another example of planning to fail in the GMHL. This was another example of greed. And another example of parents and players not paying attention to all of the information available on these clowns, or being so desperate to play junior hockey they are willing to lie to themselves to do it.
Why is anyone going to this league at all? When plenty of quality teams, in quality leagues are still looking for players? Just crazy to imagine.
