Troy Mashburn made some big moves in the 2023-2025 season. Jumping up from the Oakland Jr Grizzlies U16 AA program to the Belle Tire AAA U15 program got scouts attention.
The 2009 birth year forward is working hard to show everyone he is ready to take another step to a AAA U16 program in the 2025-2026 season.
