Tom Renney To Be Named Hockey Canada President And CEO Today

Multiple sources are reporting to TJHN that now former associate coach of the Detroit Red Wings, Tom Renney will be named President and CEO of Hockey Canada today.

Renney takes over for Bob Nicholson who left for the NHL a few months ago.  Renney makes the move after 17 years of coaching experience in the NHL, WHL and internationally

Former Colorado head coach and recent Pittsburgh assistant Tony Granato will replace Renney in Detroit.
