These rankings are used by the USPHL only to determine Divisional seeding for Premier Nationals; for selecting the Elite wild card team to fill out the 6-team Elite Nationals field.
Power Movers: The recently completed USPHL Florida College Showcase had some effects on the Top 10, including the Tampa Bay Juniors moving from fifth to second, and the Northern Cyclones jumping up a couple spots. The first-year Boston Jr. Bulldogs also made their debut in the Top 10!
