Northwest Division 

Forward: Wilhelm Rosdahl Folkesson, Seattle Totems

Rosdahl Folkesson (‘05/Sweden) scored five points in back-to-back games against Bremerton, registering a 3-2-5 line on Valentine’s Day. He added his 40th goal of the season and four assists for a total of 82 points in 34 games. 

 

Defense: Harry Newell, Vernal Oilers

Newell (‘06/Nottingham, U.K.) scored a goal and added three assists for four points in the Oilers’ Valentine’s Day win against the Colorado Fighting Elk to extend their thus far perfect season to 40-0. Individually, Newell has 29 points in 38 games. 

 

Goaltender: Emmett Dixon, Bellingham Blazers

A third-year goalie with BCHL experience, Dixon (‘04/Coquitlam, B.C.) made 30 saves on 31 shots for his ninth win of the season, coming against the Rogue Valley Royals. He stands at 9-8-1-0 with a .912 save percentage. 

 

Pacific Division 

Forward: Tyler Gudjonson, Lake Tahoe Lakers

Gudjonson (‘05/Wynard, Sask.) scored five goals and added three assists. He had two of his four game-winners in back-to-back games. This has helped the Lakers go 7-0-1-1 over their last eight and approach the last full February weekend in first place in the Pacific Division by a point. Gudjonson has 37 goals and 65 points in 46 games. 

 

Defense: Carver Alford, Lake Tahoe Lakers 

Alford (‘05/Lake Tahoe, Calif.) scored a pair of goals and added an assist for three points in two games, giving him 54 points in 42 games. He’s also gone up to the NCDC’s Pueblo Bulls for two games this season. 

 

Goaltender: Brooks Barofsky, Fresno Monsters 

Barofsky (‘04/Downers Grove, Ill.) stopped 25 of 26 shots to help the Monsters defeat Long Beach for his third straight win. He had earlier had nine straight wins and stands at 16-2-0-0 with a .924 save percentage. 

Selection Process: Divisional statistical leaders are presented to coaches, who are able to vote on the leaders, or nominate and vote on alternate candidates.
