Traditionally we publish some outrageous story intended as an April Fools Joke on this day.
It really is amazing though how many people fall for the joke each year, thinking that it really could be happening in hockey.
This year though, something is happening, and not just in hockey.
Its happening to our friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members. It’s not just COVID-19, but the fear of this virus that has in effect paralyzed the entire world.
While we all social distance, and self quarantine, lets take one minute and remember everyone else who is actually suffering now. Lets take one minute and think about those on the front lines of this crisis.
For those of you who can, I hope you will help those in your city with donations to help the Doctors and Nurses on the front lines.
My Sister is and ER Doctor in NYC, so those of you who can, who are from NY or originally from NY like me, please visit this website and do what you can;

Lets also remember that world wide, people are sick and dying. These people have pets, and animal shelters will also be overwhelmed soon. Please give what ever you can to support the SPCA or local shelter as we all get through this.
Today, I hope everyone stays safe and inside. We can laugh next April.
