The Soo Greyhounds shutout the Petes in their only trip to Peterborough this season.

  • Landon Miller stood on his head, making 40 saves and earning ‘Save of the Night’ honours
  • Petes’ goaltender, Easton Rye was also solid in net, saving 27/28
  • Tobias Zvolensky scored his first career OHL goal for the Greyhounds
  • Marco Mignosa put away an empty net goal in his return from Tampa Bay Lightning camp

The Attack win a goalie battle in the shootout.

  • Colts’ goalie, Ben Hrebik was a machine in net, stopping 50/51 shots he faced
  • Overage forward and Dallas Stars prospect, Brad Gardiner scored early in the game on a breakaway
  • Tristan Delisle scored his first of the season to tie the game in the second period
  • The Attack ultimately took the game in the 4th shootout round, with Jacob Therrien netting his second straight game winner

Sudbury Wolves vs. Windsor Spitfires

Final: 4 (WSR) – 2 (SBY)

The Spitfires remain undefeated with a shutout win at home.

  • Joey Costanzo saved everything that came his way for a 17 save shutout
  • Spitfires’ first round pick, John McLaughlin scored 2 goals, including his first career in the OHL
  • Caden Harvey had 2 assists for Windsor, making it 5 total so far in his rookie campaign
  • Windsor is now one of only 7 remaining undefeated teams in the league
