Forward: Jaden Yuknis, Chicago Crush
In a weekend series against the rival Chicago Cougars, Yuknis (‘04/Lake Villa, Ill.) put up three goals and one assist for four points, over which the Crush swept the Cougars. In his second year with the Crush, he has 23 points in 22 games.
Defense: Brody Luzbetak, Chicago Crush
A local product from the Chicago Sabres organization, the ‘07 from Channahon, Ill., registered a goal and two assists for three points in two games, en route to the sweep. He has 11 points through 22 games for this season so far.
Goaltender: Tyler Houle, Motor City Gamblers
On Dec. 10, Houle turned away 27 of 29 shots to help the Gamblers earn a huge team victory against the Fort Wayne Spacemen. An ‘07 out of Warren, Mich., and the Biggby Coffee AAA program, Houle has earned three victories in his young junior career.
